Classes & programs for all experience levels


Our boxing classes are offered in 10-week progressive programs and General Members classes, catering to all ages & experience levels; beginners to veterans & fighters, juniors to adults. 

Our 10-week camps run in-line with the school terms, and are designed to add more value, provide opportunity for progression as well as engagement in our community challenges & events throughout the year. 

Our next block starts Monday 29th April. Either treat the sessions as 'normal' - simply REGISTER HERE, choosing the slot you’ll attend most & drop in & out during the 10-week block, OR for best results, register and get onboard the program!

OPEN CAMP

Join our 10-week Basic Boxing and Fitness Camp for an awesome way to boost your fitness and boxing skills!
This camp is perfect for everyone, whether you're just starting out or have some experience already. Over the 10 weeks, you'll be diving into the world of boxing with a focus on the basics. We'll be covering fundamental techniques like working the pads, basic punch combinations, improving your footwork, hitting the bags, and getting in some solid conditioning work. Each week, you'll build on what you learned the week before, making steady progress towards improved fitness and boxing skills.

Whether you're looking to get in shape, learn some self-defense, or just have a great time, this camp is for you. Our sessions are designed to be fun and engaging, and our experienced coaches will guide you every step of the way. So, if you're keen to sweat it out, learn some quality boxing skills, and have a blast while doing it, this camp is the place to be! Grab your gear and let's get punching!

TECH CAMP

 Join us for a 10-week Boxing Camp aimed at enhancing your boxing skills and technique.
This program is open to participants of all levels, regardless of experience, with the option to skip the sparring components. Our focus is on improving your technical abilities and becoming a well-rounded boxer. Throughout the week, you'll engage in a variety of training activities to boost your boxing Skills, Fitness and Confidence. Monday nights will see partner work and sparring sessions, while the other evenings will be dedicated to skill development, drills, conditioning exercises, PadWork, bag work, and more.
Our goal is to provide a comprehensive training experience that caters to everyone, whether you're just starting out or looking to take your skills to the next level. Our Experienced Coaches will be there to guide you through each session, ensuring you get the most out of your training and make significant progress over the course of the camp.

This program is designed to help you refine your technique, build strength and stamina, and develop the skills needed to excel in the ring if you choose so. Come and be a part of a supportive and motivating community focused on helping you reach your boxing goals. Take the opportunity to challenge yourself, push your boundaries, and emerge as a more confident and capable boxer by the end of our 10-week camp.

PADWORK & TECH WORK

This class has been designed for all levels of boxing. The core focus of the session is padwork - including, but not limited: basic/intermediate pad work drills and combinations, skill orientated pads- focusing on range, technique and footwork, along with a block of technical work to improve your boxing technique and fitness. 

OPEN BOXING

The Open boxing class is designed for beginner-intermediate levels of boxing. This class includes- but is not limited to: skills and drill work, footwork, bag work and partner work. The session is designed to up-skill your boxing technique, fitness and knowledge and covers all things boxing.

CLUB SPARRING

Club sparring welcomes all levels of boxers wanting to engage in sparring. From novices to experienced boxers this session is heavily focused on open sparring but also offers an entry level of sparring for our members wanting to step up their level and enter the world of contact. Mouth guard, 16oz gloves and Headgear is required for this session.

FIGHTERS
(Red vs Blue & Amateur Team)

These time slots are reserved for our Red vs Blue and G-Six Amateur Fighter's team.

RED VS BLUE
Red vs Blue is our specific 12-14 week progressive program designed for everyday people who wish to train toward their very first in-house fight. Red vs Blue teaches the fundamentals of boxing and allows participants to have their first fight or exhibition at the end of the program. The Red Vs Blue has a more of a community-based and encouraging environment to work toward your first or second fight. G-SIX FIGHTERS TEAM 
The Fighters training Slot is reserved for competitive boxers only. To join, boxers must meet with a head coach to discuss the requirements to move into a amateur squad. Fighter's training is for experienced boxers who regularly compete.

BOX HITT

Experience the dynamic energy of BoxHitt, an exciting fitness boxing class! Learn essential boxing skills, basic pad drills, bag work, fitness routines, and have fun with our awesome G-Six fitness-focused crew!

JUNIORS (Fitness & Skill)

This class is opened to ages twelve to seventeen (or from 10 and up at Kincumber). Teen boxing is designed to teach everything required to become an amateur boxer. Although some teens are working towards fighting not all teens are expected to participate in contact and are more than welcome to train for fitness, skills and fun! Our trainers are happy to have a chat with you about junior classes, so feel free to chat to staff or contact us if you have any questions.

MINI BOXING

This class is for ages 5-9, focussed on fun, fitness, skill-building and encouraging working in a team environment. This class is designed to give young children an opportunity to get involved in the sport, and is all about providing a fun and safe environment. This class does not involve any sparring.
