Sessions include everything from bag work rounds, to circuits which can include dumbbell shadow, ski, bikes and rowers, kettlebells, battle ropes and more… We highly recommend factoring this class into your weekly training to help lift your boxing fitness to that next level..

CLUB SPARRING

Club sparring welcomes all levels of boxers wanting to engage in sparring. From novices to experienced boxers this session is heavily focused on open sparring but also offers an entry level of sparring for our members wanting to step up their level and enter the world of contact. Mouth guard, 16oz gloves and Headgear is required for this session.

FIGHTERS
(Red vs Blue, Juniors, Amateurs and Men's & Women's teams)

These time slots are reserved for our Red vs Blue and G-Six Amateur Team fighters.

RED VS BLUE
Red vs Blue is our specific 12-14 week progressive program designed for everyday people who wish to train toward their very first in-house fight. Red vs Blue teaches the fundamentals of boxing and allows participants to have their first fight or exhibition at the end of the program. The Red Vs Blue has a more of a community-based and encouraging environment to work toward your first or second fight. If you’d like more information about this program, please feel free to chat to staff on-site or send us an enquiry on Facebook or Instagram.

G-SIX AMATEUR TEAM (broken into Juniors, Mens, Womens at Kincumber)
G-Six Amateur Boxing Team is for members who have previous Red vs Blue fight experience, and are continuing on to be a part of the mainstream Australian amateur boxing, matched with outside opponents both locally, and across NSW and Australia.. All Amateur team training is not introductory level, it requires an invitation to join and is for those who are serious about gaining regular fight experience in a competitive environment. The mentality from coaches & fighters in these sessions is very different from general classes.

SATURDAY CONDITIONING CLUB

This session is run 3 Saturday's each month, and is held at an outside venue (posted each week).
As the name suggests, Conditioning Club is based solely on conditioning components (no boxing) and is especially relevant for all G-Six Fighters. We highly recommend incorporating this session into your weeks training where possible.

JUNIORS (Fitness & Skill)

This class is opened to ages twelve to seventeen (or from 10 and up at Kincumber). Teen boxing is designed to teach everything required to become an amateur boxer. Although some teens are working towards fighting not all teens are expected to participate in contact and are more than welcome to train for fitness, skills and fun! Our trainers are happy to have a chat with you about junior classes, so feel free to chat to staff or contact us if you have any questions.

MINI BOXING

This class is for ages 5-9, focussed on fun, fitness, skill-building and encouraging working in a team environment. This class is designed to give young children an opportunity to get involved in the sport, and is all about providing a fun and safe environment. This class does not involve any sparring.
